IP Ownership
All intellectual property — trademarks, logos, marks, and brand identities — is fully owned by Padelium. No licensing proceeds without our express authorization.
Exclusive Authority
Padelium is the sole and exclusive licensing body for all commercial rights related to the UFL MMAB, P.F. League, Defeat or Die, and ROPE.
